Shipping information

The Optical Shop Ltd. offers both domestic and international shipping for online purchases. Once a purchase has been made, you can expect to receive your product within 1-2 weeks (depending on the type of lens, availability, and which shipping option you choose). If there are any unexpected delays that occur, you will receive an email from us notifying you. Free Shipping (Canada and USA) is only applied to purchases over $450CAD. The option to pick up your product personally is also available.

Return policies

Products must be in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original tags and packaging, may be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days of the order date, plus applicable shipment time. Once the product has been inspected and approved, a full refund for the product will be issued. Please note that prescription lenses are non-refundable. As soon as an order has been confirmed, you have 24 hours (from the purchase time) to change any order information error(s) and/or typo(s)(eg:address, postal code/zip code, name... errors or typos), otherwise there is no refunds or exchanges given(customer will be fully responsible for all shipping errors due to these typos/errors). If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. All Smart Glasses, such as Ray-Ban Meta, are all Final Sale (no refunds and no exchanges). All Eye Essential products(Eye Drops) purchased online and in-store are Final Sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment email or packing slip. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
