The Optical Shop Ltd. provides domestic and international shipping for online orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Optical Shop Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control. Customers will be notified by email of any material delays.

As of March 19, 2026, we will no longer be offering free domestic or international shipping. Customers may elect to pick up their orders in person, subject to availability and confirmation.

To our American Customers, as of August 29, 2025, our new shipping rates will include US duties. Free USA shipping on orders $450+ will no longer be available.

Return policies

Return & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date (plus transit time), provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuance of a refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be provided for errors resulting from incorrect order information.

If a return is required due to an error on our part, return shipping will be covered. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment confirmation email or packing slip.
