Customers will be notified by email of any material delays.

Free standard shipping is available for online orders within Canada on purchases exceeding $450 CAD, before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. This offer is subject to change without notice. Customers may also elect to pick up their orders in person, subject to availability and confirmation.

To our American Customers, as of August 29, 2025, our new shipping rates will include US duties. Free USA shipping on orders $450+ will no longer be available.

Return policies

Return & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date (plus transit time), provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuance of a refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Prescription lenses
Sunglasses
AI glasses (ALL Ray-Ban and Oakley Meta)
Eye Essential products (eye drops)
Any item marked Final Sale

Order changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be provided for errors resulting from incorrect order information.

If a return is required due to an error on our part, return shipping will be covered. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment confirmation email or packing slip.
